Item Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in unused, original condition with seals and tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened, diluted, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Sale & Discounted Items
Products purchased during special sale periods or under promotional clearance pricing are final sale and not eligible for return unless received damaged during transit.
Reverse Pick-up & Refunds
Reverse pick-up is arranged within 3-5 business days from request approval. Upon receiving the item at our Varanasi plant, a quality check is conducted and your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
